All natural stone products will have variation in colors and sizes. Tiles must be inspected prior to installation. If you found holes, big holes, crumble surface and black large spots on the surface please remove from the box and put it away.
When choosing Sukabumi Green Stone, understanding the quality differences is essential to avoid problems later. The Premium or Grade 1 represents the highest and truly premium level, crafted with precise sizing, uniform thickness, and a beautifully consistent green color. In contrast, Grade 2 and Grade 3 stones show more natural imperfections such as black spots, larger pores, uneven thickness, and a weaker structure. Clean Surface
Make sure the surface should be clean before the installation, no dust on the surface and make sure it is wet for installation

Using the Right Adhesive
Cement-based adhesives are generally suitable for stone installation. We recommend to use heavy duty tile adhesive and quality grout.
Seal It
A sealer will provide the protection that your natural stone needs. Sealing will prevent bacteria from growing, which can weaken your stone and increase wear and tear. Sealer improves performance, protects from chemical and reduces overall maintenance. Make sure to use a sealer specifically for water and submerged environments. (Pool Installation)
Protect after Installation
Once tiles are installed, avoid exposing them from sun and rain for 2 to 3 days, and we recommend to fill in the water after 3 days.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Use a mixture of water and mild detergant.
2. You may use soft bristle brush to clean the surface.
3. Yellow Stain is common on SUKABUMI stone. We recommend to use ceramic tile cleaner, ratio is 25% liquid cleaner and 75% water. Pour the liquid and wait for 3 minutes, and brush it with soft nylon brush. Then rinse in water thoroughly.
4. Any form of acidic solution is not recommendable, as this will eliminate the natural color of the stone.
5. Consult with professional pool cleaner to ensure your natural stone is properly maintained.
